The next Towns County Alzheimer’s Support Group Meeting is on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 1:30 PM in room 219 of the Family Life Center. Wearing masks is still required for attendees.

WMU/NANNIE ROSE TATHAM | 11/4
The Nannie Rose Tatham/WMU monthly meeting will be held on Thursday, November 4th at 10:00 am in Room 219 of the Family Life Center. All are welcome!!! This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about our specific mission efforts in different areas of the world, and meet new friends.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY CHRISTMAS BRUNCH | 12/4
The McConnell Women’s Ministry is planning a “Country Mountain Christmas" Brunch on December 4th at 10:00 a.m. Tickets will be available in the Welcome Center on Sunday mornings. They are $12 each and seating is limited. We also need 25 hostesses to provide a centerpiece for each table; everything else will be provided. Call or text Lorene Avery @ 706-994-7811 to volunteer.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes are available in the Welcome Center. Please remember to mail the $9 per shoebox to Samaritan’s Purse, using the enclosed envelope or make a donation online.  All shoeboxes must be returned to the church by Sunday, November 14th.  You can also “build a box” online at www.samaritanspurse.org.  If you choose this option, please let the church office know how many you sent so we can include in our total.
