Sympathy

Kingdom Prayer Focus

Father God, we thank you for your mercy and your grace. We thank you that you loved us so much, that even while we were in our sins, you sent your son to die in our place, so we may live. We also thank you for not making allowances or excuses for us when we fall. Keep us aware that our sinfulness not only affects us, but everyone around us. Help us to confess our brokenness to those who are part of our spiritual family so that we may be healed. Break down the barriers that we have built up around ourselves and remind us that the masks we wear only prolong knowing and experiencing the freedom that you have gifted us with! In turn, let our love to others be sincere. Show us how to hate what is evil and to cling to what is good. Remind us that a lost world is watching, waiting for us to show them the true Jesus, the one true Shepherd of the flock. In Jesus name, amen.
