Kingdom Prayer Focus

Lord we thank You, that You are a gracious Father, and that Your desire is for us to walk with You. You have offered us the glorious gift of the power of Your Holy Spirit and You want us receive that gift and so we can use that power. Forgive us for overcomplicating our walk with You - for ourselves, and for others. As a church body, we want to experience the power of Your Holy Spirit, but some of us are living the Christian life “simply baptized” and are missing out on that blessing. We try to earn it, but all we have to do is receive it, listen to it, act on it and be empowered by it.  Reveal to us if we are guilty of living our lives without Your Spirit!!! Help each one of us to take a deeper look inside to see whether we have chosen the stagnant path or the adventurous one. And then teach us to listen to that still, small voice as Your Holy Spirit guides us to love those we encounter, so they will taste and see that You are Good. For it is all about You, and we give You all glory, honor and praise. In Jesus Name, Amen.
