Nominees must be a McConnell church member for at least one year and meet the biblical requirements for serving. Paper recommendation forms are available in the Welcome Center or, if you prefer, you can make your recommendations on the church website. The deadline to make a recommendation is Sunday, June 20th.

Kingdom Prayer Focus

Lord God, we give you thanks for the gift of spiritual armor that you offer us! You offer to cover us with everything we need to live out our walk with Christ, as long as we do our part, by putting on that armor. None of us are exempt from the fight, so help us to persevere in chasing after the faith with good conscience. We ask for your help to keep us on track with our belief so we don’t fall off the narrow road. Oh Lord, give us the desire to pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness! Then let our pursuit of these things develop into a way of life which results in a reflection of your son. May that reflection draw those who are searching for you into a saving knowledge of Jesus, as we give you all the glory, in His mighty name, amen.
