But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness. James 3: 17-18

Kingdom Prayer Focus

Abba Father, we thank you for loving us so much, that you adopted us as your own children and welcomed us into your family. You extend the offer of a life-giving relationship with you and love us sacrificially. Lord, teach us to turn around and be that same welcoming presence to those we do not know, who enter our church looking for you. Show us how to love them like you love us. Give us eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart that is overflowing with that same sacrificial love of Jesus! Help us to act like spiritual siblings and let the people see us as a shining light in our community. May we demonstrate how the whole building is joined together by you, brick by brick, as it rises to become the holy temple that you want it to be. Transform us through your Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus, amen.
