PUERTO RICO MISSION TRIP INFORMATIONAL MEETING | 7/18
We are excited to be returning to Puerto Rico this fall with a mission team from McConnell. The dates for the trip are October 30th - November 5th. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done from the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria. We will have an informational meeting on July 18th, immediately following the Sunday morning worship service in the cry room. If you are interested, join us to get more information.

NEW BIBLE STUDY- THE PROVIDENCE OF GOD | 7/18

PEAK KIDS NEWS | 7/20
Parents, please join us for a night of family fun playing putt-putt golf in Helen on Tuesday, July 20th at 6:00 pm. What a great way to make lasting memories with your kids and connect with other families! (No kid drop-offs please). CHATUGE COMMUNITY PRAYER FORCE | 7/20
“Taking Seriously the Call to Pray”. Come be a part of the Chatuge Community Prayer Force. FIRST STEPS/NEW MEMBERS CLASS - 8/8
If you are new to the church or want information on joining the church, please join Pastor Danny as he shares information about McConnell’s vision. The class will be held on August 8th, at 11:45 a.m., in The Lodge immediately following the morning worship service. A light lunch will be served. This class is a prerequisite for joining the church. YHC MINISTRY - LAUNDRY POD COLLECTION
Young Harris College is back in session on August 16th. One of the things that the students have enjoyed each year, is the gift of HE laundry pods from their friends at McConnell! If you would like to donate laundry pods, look for the laundry basket donation bins in the drive thru lobby, the welcome desk area and in the church office beginning Sunday, July 25th.
