Kingdom Prayer Focus

Lord, we thank you for the abundance of blessings you bestow on us. We also thank you for the richness of life we have with you, not in the abundance of our possessions, but in the overflow of your Holy Spirit. Please forgive us when we get sucked into the values of our culture and allow our possessions to possess us! Gently remind us to think like a steward and not as an owner when it comes to the riches we have and that you are not angry with us for being materially rich. Keep us committed to being a conduit of your blessings and not a reservoir of them! Guide us in our daily walk and teach us to be intentional as we strive to invest in others more than we invest in ourselves. And let our motto be “live to give” as we give you all the glory, in Jesus’ name, amen.
